Less residual skin and re-kneading
Elasticity and tack make unvulcanized rubber difficult to cut. AC uses precision upper and lower shear blades to reduce residual skin and re-kneading across different hardnesses.
AC handles long rolls and sheets with 0.01 mm increments and a maximum programmed feed of 9999.99 mm. For precision silicone rubber, N Series with UR blades uses a 90° rotating table for dicing with reduced sticking. Applications include oil-seal stock and adhesive materials before forming.
