Confirm material and cutting requirements
- NZ and NC use table feeding for evaluating lengthwise and crosswise cutting of individual sheets. Start with sheet size, cut length and material clamping.
- NZ uses linear-motor feeding, touchscreen depth adjustment and super-low-speed cutting. NC uses ball screws with servo feeding and a mechanical depth scale.
- Check half/full-cut switching, clamping and die installation for the specific variant. Setting increments differ from finished-part accuracy; selection requires sample trials.
