Feed and material form
Identify individual sheets or continuous rolls, with effective width, total thickness and composite-layer information.
Film, foam and adhesive composites require feed method, layer structure and half/full-cut needs to be assessed together. P Series serves roll processing, while NZ is an option to evaluate for sheet positioning.
Identify individual sheets or continuous rolls, with effective width, total thickness and composite-layer information.
PZ, PJ and PC use different controls. Automatic half/full-cut switching on PC is an option in the catalog, not a standard feature on every configuration.
Discuss lamination, unwinding or rewinding together with the incoming material and target cycle. Sample evaluation should inspect both cut edges and retained liners.
Compare feeding, depth adjustment, programming, half/full-cut switching and options, then consider budget and sample results. Maximum speed alone is not enough to select a machine.
Also provide each layer's material, the adhesive and release liner, and which layers should be cut or retained. Total thickness alone does not define a half-cut requirement.
