Complete separation and precise sizing
Elastic, tacky rubber can cling to blades. AC's upper and lower shear blades cut hard, soft and adhesive rubber with less residual skin and re-kneading. Servo feeding offers 0.01 mm increments and a maximum programmed feed of 9999.99 mm.
For precision silicone cutting, N Series with UR blades can be evaluated. The rotating table supports square crosswise cuts while the material stays fixed, reducing sticking between cut pieces. Applications include oil-seal stock and adhesive materials before forming.
