Thin-blade cutting with less edge finishing
A 0.25 mm razor blade cuts rapidly through the layers, limiting cracks, delamination, dust and entry of adhesive or air between layers. Smooth edges reduce subsequent polishing.
Linear-motor N Series configurations offer 0.001 mm cut-length setting increments. A 90° rotating table enables four-side cutting or dicing while the material remains fixed, with half-cutting and full-cutting. Applications include automotive displays and smartphone polarizers.
