Multilayer films can crack or peel during cutting. A 0.25 mm razor blade cuts rapidly to reduce these defects, dust and adhesive or air entering the layers, limiting the need for polishing.
N Series suits precision sheets; P Series handles rolls. Suitable configurations offer 0.001 mm cut-length setting increments, half-cutting and full-cutting. N Series rotating tables enable crosswise cutting. Applications include heat-shielding and electromagnetic-shielding films.
