Precise blade clearance for clean edges
Electrical steel for transformers requires precise dimensions and square cuts. AC uses servo-driven roll feeding with 0.01 mm increments and a maximum programmed feed of 9999.99 mm.
Precise clearance between the upper and lower shear blades reduces burrs and edge rollover. Blades can be reground, and the machine accommodates long rolls and individual sheets.
